1. 概要

本プライバシーポリシーは、SPY FOX（Webアプリケーション spy-fox.app）およびFOX RECON（Chrome拡張機能）に適用されます。いずれもHRKトレーディングリミテッド合同会社が運営します。収集するデータ、その利用方法、およびお客様の権利について説明します。SPY FOX・FOX RECONは独立したサードパーティツールであり、eBay Inc.・メルカリ・ヤフー等の各マーケットプレイスと提携・公認関係にはありません。

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to SPY FOX (web application at spy-fox.app) and FOX RECON (Chrome extension). Both are operated by HRK Trading Limited LLC. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. SPY FOX and FOX RECON are independent third-party tools and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with eBay Inc., Mercari, Yahoo, or any marketplace.

2. 収集するデータ

2.1 デバイス内のみに保存（Chrome拡張機能）

  • 配送・手数料設定
  • SPY FOX認証トークン（ログイン時）
  • 為替レートキャッシュ（30分TTL）
  • 画像検索結果（一時的）

2.2 サーバーに送信されるデータ

AI翻訳・画像検索使用時（ログイン必要）:

  • 商品タイトルテキスト（翻訳用）
  • 商品画像データ（画像検索用）
  • 認証トークン（アカウント確認用）

商品タイトルおよび画像データはAPIリクエストの処理後に保存されません。

2.3 アカウント情報（SPY FOX）

  • メールアドレス
  • eBayセラーID（会員保護機能用）
  • サブスクリプション状態

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Stored locally (Chrome extension only)

  • Shipping and fee settings
  • SPY FOX authentication token (if logged in)
  • Exchange rate cache (30-minute TTL)
  • Image search results (temporary)

2.2 Sent to our server

When using AI translation or image search (login required):

  • Product title text (for translation)
  • Product image data (for image search)
  • Authentication token (account verification)

Product titles and image data are not stored beyond the API request.

2.3 Account data (SPY FOX)

  • Email address
  • eBay Seller ID (for member protection feature)
  • Subscription status

3. 収集しないデータ

  • 閲覧中の商品ページ以外の閲覧履歴・ページコンテンツ
  • クレジットカード番号（決済代行会社が処理）
  • 対応マーケットプレイス以外のページのデータ

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

  • Browsing history or page content beyond the active product page
  • Credit card numbers (handled by our payment processor)
  • Data from pages outside supported marketplace sites

4. 第三者サービス

  • eBay Browse / Finding API — セラーの出品データ取得（公開されている市場データ）
  • 第三者データ取得サービス — eBayの公開されている落札情報の取得
  • OpenAI API（gpt-4o-mini）— 商品タイトル翻訳（サーバーサイドのみ）
  • Anthropic Claude API — AI分析レポート（サーバーサイドのみ）
  • 決済代行会社 — サブスクリプション決済（カード情報は当社サーバーに届きません）
  • Supabase — アカウント・サブスクリプションデータの保存

4. Third-Party Services

  • eBay Browse / Finding API — fetches active listing data from sellers (publicly available marketplace data)
  • Third-party data retrieval service — retrieves publicly available eBay sold-listing information
  • OpenAI API (gpt-4o-mini) — product title translation (server-side only)
  • Anthropic Claude API — AI analysis reports (server-side only)
  • Payment processor — subscription payments (card data never reaches our server)
  • Supabase — account and subscription data storage

5. Chrome拡張機能の権限

  • storage — 設定と認証トークンをローカルに保存
  • tabs — 現在のページを検出してパネルを起動
  • scripting — 対応ページへのパネルUI注入
  • windows — 画像検索ポップアップの表示
  • ホスト権限 — 対応サイトとspy-fox.vercel.appのみ

5. Chrome Extension Permissions

  • storage — saves settings and auth token locally
  • tabs — detects current page to activate panel
  • scripting — injects panel UI into supported pages
  • windows — opens image search popup
  • host permissions — limited to supported sites and spy-fox.vercel.app

6. データ保持期間

アカウントデータはアカウントが有効な間保持されます。アカウント削除後、個人データは30日以内に削除されます。

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days.
